Three Years

Three years ago tonight we got that phone call. The one as a parent you have nightmares about, that you pray you never receive. We rushed to the hospital hoping it was not as bad as we feared, but is was. For 24 hours they kept her alive, but I knew she wasn’t there. Life would never be the same. I am thankful for the 18 years I got to be her mom, I am thankful for all the love and support form my family and friends, I am so thankful for the most wonderful husband in the world. When beautiful clouds are in the sky, I always think they are put there by Ellese, that she is up there doing one of her art projects. I miss her so much it hurts.
